Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about our products, shipping, and recovery guidance.
What materials are ReliefPro products made from?
Our foot rollers use medical-grade TPE (Thermoplastic Elastomer) that is BPA-free and latex-free. Our hand therapy balls are made from non-toxic TPR (Thermoplastic Rubber) that is phthalate-free. Both materials are the same compounds used in clinical rehabilitation equipment and are safe for prolonged skin contact.
Can I use the foot roller for plantar fasciitis?
Yes. The ProRelief Foot Massage Roller was specifically designed for plantar fasciitis management. The dual-zone surface provides both fine acupressure stimulation and deeper tissue release. We recommend starting with gentle pressure and following our 5-step recovery routine included with every roller. For severe or chronic cases, please consult your healthcare provider before starting any self-treatment program.
Which hand therapy ball should I start with?
If you are recovering from surgery, managing arthritis, or have not done grip exercises before, start with the soft (yellow) ball. If you have moderate grip strength and want maintenance, begin with the medium (cyan) ball. The firm (graphite) ball is for advanced strengthening and sports-specific grip training. Our included exercise guide has a self-assessment to help you choose.
How often should I use these tools?
For best results, we recommend 5–10 minutes per session, 1–2 times daily. The foot roller works well first thing in the morning (to address post-sleep stiffness) and after prolonged standing. Hand therapy balls can be used during work breaks or while watching TV. Listen to your body—mild discomfort is normal, but sharp pain means you should reduce intensity or frequency.
What is your shipping policy?
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States (3–7 business days). Expedited shipping is available at checkout for an additional fee. International shipping is available to select countries—rates are calculated at checkout based on destination.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, contact our support team for a full refund or exchange. Products must be in usable condition. We cover return shipping costs for defective items.
Are your tools recommended by healthcare professionals?
Yes. Our products are designed in consultation with licensed physical therapists and athletic trainers. Many healthcare providers recommend self-massage tools like ours as part of home exercise programs for conditions including plantar fasciitis, arthritis, carpal tunnel syndrome, and general muscle recovery.
Can I use these tools if I have diabetes?
If you have diabetes, particularly with peripheral neuropathy (reduced sensation in hands or feet), please consult your physician before using any massage tool. Reduced sensation can make it difficult to gauge appropriate pressure, increasing the risk of tissue damage. Your doctor can advise whether self-massage is appropriate for your specific situation.
